About the Role

1. Work with customer service officers in answering customer questions and requests through phone and email.
2. Identify customer problems and offer effective solutions and develop strategies to resolve issues.
3. Understand product knowledge and delivery processes to assist customer service officers in answering inquiries and fulfilling customers needs.
4. Use customer service, inventory, warehouse management and fleet management software and tools to keep track of customers feedback, delivery performance, stocks and customer satisfaction
5. Assist in coordinating across multiple departments and personnel to ensure effective communication with various team members in the warehouse such as technical support team, delivery drivers, warehouse workers and warehouse manager.

Requirements

Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Good communication skills.
